Only 100% public funding protects the people's rights to control electoral process.

Any system with ANY private funding has ALL of the problems of all-private funding.

We need to:

• fund campaigns publicly
  
• fund transparently
  
• ban corporate or foreign control of elections
  
• restore public control of spending
  
• safeguard freedom of speech
